Dr Rolf Gomes
B.E., M.B.B.S., F.R.A.C.P.

Thank you for your interest in Medihearts.

I am a general cardiologist with a special interest in heart failure, valvular heart disease and echocardiography.
I graduated from medicine from The University of Queensland, after which I completed cardiology specialty training at The Prince Charles Hospital and The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

I am a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a member of the Australian Medical Association, and a visiting cardiologist at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital and The Wesley Hospital.

I also deliver cardiac services to rural, remote, and First Nations communities across Queensland through Heart of Australia – the mobile specialist healthcare organisation of which I am Founder and Director.
